On June 9, Longde Company's "3,000-ton annual high-precision oil-water separation fuel composite filter paper project" successfully passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of the Shandong Paper Industry Association, and the relevant research results were recognized as "internationally leading" level. Experts and leaders from China Pulp and Paper Research Institute, Special Paper Professional Committee of China Paper Society, Qilu University of Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Shandong Paper Industry Association, county government, Science and Technology Bureau and other units attended the results appraisal meeting.

In order to adapt to the National VI standards for automobile exhaust emissions, the new generation engine fuel system of commercial vehicles adopts high-pressure common rail technology. The quality requirements of engines for fuel are increasing day by day. Because the fuel contains impurities such as water and pollutants, 80% of engine damage is caused. % or more, and insufficient combustion causes emissions to exceed standards. The technical team of Longde Company combined the technical accumulation of ten years of intensive cultivation in the field of automotive filter paper at home and abroad, and jointly developed a high-precision oil-water separation fuel composite filter paper with Professor Lu Gaojin of Qilu University of Technology. The new product prepared has a 4μm particle filtration efficiency of more than 99%, a large dust holding capacity, a service life of more than 70,000 kilometers, an oil-water separation efficiency of more than 99%, outstanding innovation, and high cost performance.

The filter paper produced by this project has been used by major filter manufacturers at home and abroad, fully meets the research and development technical indicators, and has won unanimous praise from customers and their downstream customers.

The evaluation expert committee believes that: the project has achieved its expected goals, and the performance and technical level of the developed products have reached the international leading level. It can completely replace imported products and solve the technical problems of the domestic filter paper industry. It is a "breakthrough progress in China's automotive filter paper industry." ”, which has good prospects for promotion and application.
